Liat Zavodivker

Liat Zavodivker spent her youth in Chicago, then Los Angeles, and then came to UC Berkeley in 2001 to study renewable energy and lived all over the Bay Area. She moved to Oakland in 2017 to pursue an energy efficiency career and live a car-light lifestyle. She enjoys riding bikeshare, taking AC Transit, and her very short BART commute to Berkeley where she works in the Energy Technologies Area of Lawrence Berkeley Lab. She has a lifelong commitment to solving climate change, making cities more affordable, and increasing access to mobility in all parts of the Bay Area.
